- Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE 2003)
The Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) credential is the premier certification
for professionals who analyze the business requirements and design and implement
the infrastructure for business solutions based on the Microsoft Windows® 2000 platform
and Microsoft Windows Server System™. Implementation responsibilities include installing,
configuring, and troubleshooting network systems.
- Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA)
The Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA) on Microsoft SQL Server
2000 credential is the premier certification for professionals who implement and
administer Microsoft SQL Server™ databases. The certification is appropriate for
individuals who derive physical database designs, develop logical data models, create
physical databases, create data services by using Transact-SQL, manage and maintain
databases, configure and manage security, monitor and optimize databases, and install
and configure SQL Server.
- Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP)
The Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) credential is for professionals
who have the skills to successfully implement a Microsoft product or technology
as part of a business solution in an organization. Hands-on experience with a product
is necessary to successfully achieve certification.
- CompTia A+
Earning CompTIA A+ certification proves that a candidate has a broad base of
knowledge and competency in core hardware and operating system technologies including
installation, configuration, diagnosing, preventive maintenance and basic networking.
- CompTIA Network+
Earning a CompTIA Network+ certification demonstrates that a candidate can
describe the features and functions of networking components, and possesses the
knowledge and skills needed to install, configure and troubleshoot basic networking
hardware, protocols and services. The exam tests technical ability in the areas
of media and topologies, protocols and standards, network implementation, and network
support. The exam also covers new technologies such as wireless networking and gigabit
Ethernet.
- Certified Novell Administrator (CNA)
CNAs provide companies direct support for software users in various work environments
including professional offices and small businesses, work groups or departments,
and corporate information services (IS).
- Dell Desktops and Portables
Dell certified individuals are able to efficiently and accurately troubleshoot
a wide array of Dell systems. They are also fully knowledgeable on Dell's
policies regarding warranties, returns, exchanges, etc.
